Majestic Theatre Pomona Ticket Terms and Conditions of Sale
- The right of admission is reserved by the Venue’s Management.
- Patrons whose behaviour is disruptive and impacts on safety or people’s enjoyment of the show, may be asked to leave and will not be eligible for a refund.
- The right is reserved to vary, substitute or withdraw advertised program artist, venue and seating arrangements as necessary.
- Tickets are only valid when purchased through an authorised agent. Entry may be refused if tickets are invalid, damaged or defaced in any way. In the event that a duplicate copy of a ticket appears, the Venue reserve the right to request proof of identity and proof of purchase. Unauthorised duplicate ticket holders will be refused entry to the venue.
- Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale at a price higher than the price printed on the ticket. If a ticket is sold or used in contravention of this condition, the ticket may be seized or cancelled without refund or exchange and the bearer of the ticket may be denied admission.
- If the Majestic Theatre Pomona reasonably forms the view that a ticket has been purchased with a stolen card; or has been otherwise purchased or acquired fraudulently, Majestic Theatre Pomona may cancel the ticket without refund.
- Tickets can only be exchanged, returned or refunded in accordance with the LPA Code of practice (Live Performance Australia) for the Ticketing of Live Entertainment in Australia.
- The right is reserved to delay admission to a ticket holder who arrives late to the venue. The ticket holder will be required to wait in the foyer until there is a convenient break in the program.
- Patrons who are in use or possession of a prohibited object, or fail to produce concession ID as appropriate may be asked to leave the venue without refund of ticket purchase.
- Patrons will adhere to all and any house rules.
- Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk.

Majestic Theatre Pomona does not accept any liability for lost or stolen tickets.
You can buy your tickets to performances and events at the Majestic Theatre Pomona:
- online 24/7 on this website or by searching for shows on the ‘Home’ or ‘Events’ page
- by telephone via 07 5485 2330
- in person at the office 3 Factory St, Pomona QLD 4568 by prior arrangement
- Up to 1 hour prior to ‘doors opening’
There is a 50c charge from our booking site trybooking for each ticket purchased.
Concession Policy
The following concessions are available and proof of eligibility must be presented to Majestic Theatre Pomona staff upon request when showing tickets to enter a performance.
- Unless otherwise stated, a child concession is available to patrons aged 14 years and under.
- Seniors’ discounts apply only to holders of QLD Government Seniors cards or QLD Government Seniors Business Discount Cards.
- Pensioners discounts apply to holders of Centrelink Pension Cards and Veterans Affairs Repatriation Health Care Cards.
- Student discounts apply only to fulltime students studying in Australia with a valid student card.
Customers who hold a government issued Companion Card are eligible for one complimentary ticket for their companion when purchasing a ticket for themselves. Please call the theatre to arrange this option.
The availability of discounted tickets for concession card holders is at the discretion of the production promoter and the types of discounts offered may vary per performance. Some concession types and promotional offers may not be available online.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available through the Majestic Theatre Pomona office. Call the office on
07 5485 2330 if you wish to purchase a gift voucher. They are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Gift vouchers may be redeemed for any performance, event or workshop taking place at the Majestic Theatre Pomona. They cannot be redeemed for cash or any other goods or services provided by the Majestic Theatre Pomona.
- Gift vouchers can be redeemed via our office at 3 Factory Street Pomona by prior arrangement. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed online.
- Gift vouchers are valid for redemption for 36 months from the date of purchase. The voucher may be used for performances more than 36 months from the date of purchase provided the booking is made within the voucher’s 36 months validity period.
- If the ticket price of the chosen performance exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference is required to be paid when redeeming the voucher. Any unused balance from a gift voucher will be placed in the recipient’s gift voucher account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
- Once tickets have been issued, they are not able to be refunded or transferred to a different performance.
- No responsibility is assumed where:
a) Vouchers are not used within the validity period of 36 months.
b) Tickets are not used for the specific performance requested.
c) The voucher is lost or stolen.
Ticket Terms and Conditions of Sale
Thank you for choosing to make an e-ticket booking with Majestic Theatre Pomona. In making this booking you agree to the following booking terms and conditions:
- Bookings are subject to availability at time of purchase. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- E-tickets will be delivered via email. It is a requirement of entry that ticketholders present their e-tickets upon arrival at the venue. The e-ticket may be presented either as a paper ticket printout or paperless ticket displayed on a smart phone or tablet device. If you cannot produce your ticket and you are not on the printed ‘door list you may be refused entry.
- Majestic Theatre Pomona will not refund or exchange any tickets except as required by law and as otherwise specified in these terms and conditions. If, after making a booking you are unable to attend, you may transfer your e-ticket to another party to use.
- The right of admission and the right to refuse entry is reserved by Majestic Theatre Pomona.
- The ticket holder must comply with all relevant laws, safety announcements and venue regulations.
- Majestic Theatre Pomona is not responsible for the behaviour of other patrons nor for issues arising at the venue in relation to the event or performance.
- Majestic Theatre Pomona reserves the right to change its advertised program and/or audience capacity without notice. These changes include, but are not limited to, event information. Efforts will be made to communicate program changes to patrons as soon as possible.
- It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make their own judgement as to the suitability of an exhibition or event for their own child/children before making a booking. Children will pay the full price of a ticket unless stated on the booking page unless they are under 12 months in age (babes in arms).
The ticket holder enters the venue at their own risk.
Refunds
In line with Live Performance Australia (LPA) Majestic Theatre Pomona will only offer a refund or exchange if an event is cancelled or rescheduled and you cannot attend the rescheduled date.
No exchanges or refunds are possible except in exceptional circumstances. In these situations, refunds or exchanges may incur an administration fee, and are subject to approval from 3rd Party venue hirers and promoters.

Accessible Seating
All seating at the Majestic Theatre Pomona is unreserved. Except by prior arrangement or by an external booking agent.
Accessible seating is available for people with disabilities. Please call us on 07 5485 2330 to reserve your seating. We also have ramp access to enter the building, level flooring for disability access and disability accessible toilets.
