DESCRIPTION:Beyond the Rocks is a 1922 American silent romantic drama film 
 directed by Sam Wood and starring Rudolph Valentino and Gloria Swanson. It
  is based on the 1906 novel of the same name by Elinor Glyn. The film was 
 long considered lost but a nitrate print of it was discovered in the Nethe
 rlands in 2003.\n\nSynopsis - Love\, duty\, and the scent of narcissus. Th
 eodora\, a penniless young aristocrat\, marries a much-older man\, self-ma
 de millionaire grocer Josiah Brown\, so that her father and spinster siste
 rs can live comfortably. Soon after the wedding\, she finds herself fallin
 g in love with Hector\, the 10th Earl of Bracondale\, a playboy she encoun
 ters on the social circuit of the very rich--in the Swiss Alps\, Paris\, L
 ondon\, and the English countryside. Hector is attracted to her as well. T
 heodora must choose between love and duty\, then Josiah and Hector must ma
 ke their own choices.\n\nDoors and bar open at 11am. Movie screens at 12 n
