DESCRIPTION:Pomona &amp\; District Community House is presenting their annu
 al community Pride event at Majestic Theatre Pomona. Wear it Purple Day is
  Friday 28 August and in celebration of this day\, on the 15th of August w
 e will celebrate with ‘Pride Party – Wear It Purple’ a celebration o
 f inclusion\, connection and community spirit. The event brings together L
 GBTQIA+SB people\, families\, friends and allies in a welcoming space that
  encourages authenticity\, visibility and belonging. Free event. Bookings 
 essential.\n\nThis is an all-ages dance party from 7pm – 9pm.  The door
 s and bar open at 6pm with refreshments and light snacks available. The ev
 ent starts at 7pm.\n\nThrough music\, dance and shared celebration\, we ai
 m to foster a community where diversity is embraced\, and everyone feels s
 afe to be themselves. ‘Pride Party- Wear It Purple’ is also an opportu
 nity to raise awareness for the ‘Wear It Purple’ campaign- a national 
 day of supporting rainbow young people and helping to create safer\, more 
 inclusive and empowering environments for LGBTQIA+SB youth.\n\nBook online
