  From Handel to Hollywood\nTimeless Baroque music from the silver screen\
 , brought to life in superb performances by Arioso Chamber Ensemble.\nTime
 less Baroque music which features in film scores\, including “Master and
  Commander”\, “Pride and Prejudice”\, “The English Patient”\, 
 “Farinelli”\, The Favourite and Batman! Baroque music captures every m
 ood and has been used to great effect in many memorable screen moments\, f
 rom the elegance of Henry Purcell’s melodies heard in the Pride and Prej
 udice soundtrack\, to the swaggering strumming of Boccherini’s  “La M
 usica Notturna” in Master and Commander.\n\nArioso Chamber Ensemble brin
 gs together the talents and experience of leading specialists in Baroque p
 erformance.  Aiming to present high quality Historically Informed engagin
 g performances\, they regularly perform in festivals and concerts from Mar
 yborough to Armidale.  Arioso artists: Tobias Merz (Counter-tenor) Margar
 et Caley and Jacqueline Webber (baroque violin)\, Janet Brewer (harpsichor
 d) and Shannon Scheltema (viola da gamba)\, have a passion for bringing ba
 roque music to a wider audience through their performances.\n\nDoors and b
