DESCRIPTION:A fixture on the Australian music scene for more than half a ce
 ntury\, Andy’s style massages the soul -R &amp\; B and jazz idiom in a s
 teamy blues piano format. Blues has always been at the core of his work\, 
 but it is the emotional quality of his big swampy character filled voice\,
  soulful piano-playing and the diversity he displays as a songwriter and i
 nterpreter that have helped make him one of the best live performers in Au
 stralia. Andy was awarded Blues Album of the Year for his album “One of 
 These Days. He was an ARIA nominee for his “10.30 Thursdays” CD and re
 presented the MBAS at the International Blues Convention in Memphis\, Tenn
 essee in 2002. He has recorded 10 studio albums and a live DVD “A Tale O
 f Two Cities”.\nHe has arranged and performed on movie soundtracks\, inc
 luding the Australian cult classic Stone and has toured internationally an
 d across Australia for nearly five decades. In the ‘70s and ‘80s Andy 
 was a hired gun for legendary Australian bands\, Madder Lake\, Ayers Rock\
 , Kevin Borich\, Ian Moss and Renee Geyer. “Simply superb” - Sunday He
